Snow White and the Seven Fairy Godmothers
July 16-20, 2025, USCL Bundy Auditorium

Book by Flip Kobler and Cindy Marcus

In this imaginative twist on a classic tale, Snow White is reimagined as a spirited tomboy. King Vance arrives at the castle with his fiancée, Vilenity, blissfully unaware that she is a wicked witch with aspirations for the throne. While the Magic Mirror highlights Snow’s beauty to Vilenity, this version of Snow White doesn’t encounter any dwarves. Instead, she finds refuge with seven fairy godmothers! Sadly, they are all trapped in a cottage by the malevolent witch. The bumbling godmothers devise a plan to rescue Snow by switching her with Sleeping Beauty. What a twist! Now, Snow White discovers herself falling for the charms of Sleeping Beauty's Prince Charming, while one of Vilenity's former henchmen captures Sleeping Beauty's attention. Although we anticipate a happy ending, this show promises to be a delightful journey brimming with laughter!

The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood
October 6-11, 2025, Andrew Jackson State Park Amphitheatre

Book by Mary Lynn Dobson

It can be quite a challenge to stay humble when you’re a flamboyant, self-absorbed superhero. Yet, our brave hero in green makes every effort as he navigates through The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood, a hilariously whimsical, Monty Pythonesque retelling of the classic narrative. In this version, the legendary figure, on his relentless quest to aid the needy, encounters a delightful damsel in distress (who has an unusual interest in skin conditions); a clever sheriff who prefers bowling strikes over hitting bull's-eyes; a greedy, villainous aspiring king; and a well-meaning “Town's Guy” who seems to appear in every scene, regardless of his relevance. Add to this mix a continually growing band of spoon-wielding Merry Men with a combined IQ of six, and you have an irreverent adventure through Sherwood Forest that will stick with you!
